Chelford Law helps people find out whether they were mis-sold car finance — PCP, HP and similar agreements — and claim back what they're owed.
What the site needed to do
People arriving on the site are usually unsure whether they even have a claim. The site had to explain a complicated, regulated subject simply, build trust quickly, and make the next step obvious.
What I built
- A clear homepage that explains how car finance was mis-sold and who might be owed compensation
- Plain-English FAQs, plus services and about pages
- Separate routes for new clients and existing clients, including client log-in and sign-up
- Privacy and complaints policies, as a regulated business needs
- A strong, repeated call to register a claim
