Websites for vets, groomers and pet businesses
Your phone rings while you're mid-appointment and nobody can answer it. A website that takes bookings by itself, shows your real free times and keeps your number one tap away means fewer missed calls and fewer no-shows.
What your website needs to do
Booking that works while you're busy
Owners book a slot themselves, day or night, and only see times that are genuinely free, so there's no double booking and no back-and-forth over text. A reminder the day before cuts down no-shows.
The emergency number, impossible to miss
Someone with a poorly animal shouldn't have to hunt for a phone number. I put it at the top of every page and make it a single tap on a phone, and a booking form should send real emergencies straight to it.
Clear services and what to expect
Vaccinations, health checks, grooms, nail clips: each one explained in plain words, with how long it takes and roughly what it costs, so people arrive knowing what's happening.
Built for a phone in one hand
Most pet owners will look you up on a phone, often with a lead in the other hand. Big buttons, short pages and fast loading matter more here than anything fancy.
Trust before the first visit
Your team, your premises, a few real reviews and how you handle nervous animals. That's what turns a first-time visitor into a booking.
A demo you can try
These are working demos for made-up businesses. Everything in them could be built for yours.
Already doing this for local businesses
I built the website for Jenni H Dog Grooms here in Macclesfield, and I've built my own booking system, BookMyVisit, as a cheaper alternative to the big monthly booking apps that pet businesses often pay hundreds a year for. The Bramblewood demo above books into it for real.
What people usually ask
I work with businesses across Macclesfield, Wilmslow, Knutsford, Congleton, Poynton, Bollington, Prestbury and Alderley Edge, and further afield over video call.
Can customers book online and see my real availability?
Yes. The booking can show only the times you're genuinely free, based on your working hours, existing bookings and time off, and it confirms by email straight away. It can be my own booking system, BookMyVisit, or link to one you already use.
Can it handle emergencies differently from normal bookings?
Yes, and it should. A simple question early on ("is it an emergency?") can skip the booking completely and show your emergency number in large, tappable type.
Can I change prices and opening hours myself?
Yes. Everyday things like prices, services and opening hours can be set up so you can change them, or you can just send them to me and I'll do it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need, from a few clear pages to a full booking setup. You'll get a clear price agreed up front, before any work starts.
