Hand-knapped flint with brick quoins, Welsh slate and a timber frame insulated far beyond the regulations.

How we build

  1. Find the plot. We source it, or build on land you already own.
  2. Design together. Sketches, 3D walk-throughs and a fixed price before anything is signed.
  3. Planning. We handle the drawings, surveys and the council.
  4. Build. One site manager from the first spade to the last snag, with photo updates every Friday.
